How to Read JIIT Cutoff for 2026
JIIT cutoff is not a single number. Sector 62 and Sector 128 can close differently for the same branch. CSE, IT, AIML, Mathematics & Computing, ECE, ECE VLSI and integrated programmes also have different demand. For JIIT Noida cutoff, JIIT Noida CSE cutoff, JIIT Noida JEE Main cutoff and JIIT 12th merit cutoff, always mention the branch, campus and admission route.
JEE rank route and 10+2 merit route are separate signals. A student with strong board percentage but a weaker JEE rank may still compare 10+2 route possibilities. A student with stronger JEE Main rank should use the JEE table and not assume board-merit closure applies to them.

The official JIIT cutoff page includes year-wise cutoff tables for 2025, 2024 and 2023. Use these before relying on generic counselling sites. The most important trend is that Sector 62 CSE remains the strongest JIIT Noida option, while Sector 128 can provide a wider closing range depending on branch and year.
Cutoff Strategy for JIIT Counselling
Build your JIIT option list by route. If your JEE Main rank is close to the official closing range, use the JEE rank table. If your board marks are stronger than your JEE rank, check the 10+2 merit route separately. Do not merge both into one expected percentile. For CSE and IT, keep Sector 62 above Sector 128 if campus preference is high. If branch is the priority, Sector 128 CSE can be stronger than a lower-preference branch at Sector 62.
Also compare JIIT Noida with JUIT Solan and JUET Guna only after fee and campus preference are clear. A lower cutoff at another Jaypee university does not mean it is the same outcome as JIIT Noida.
