Our Story

Your Dream Career,
Our Direct Guidance

Since 2014, we have been helping students across India and abroad find their right college — not just any college. We navigate the stress of admissions so you don't have to.

At FindUrCollege, we believe every student deserves personalized, unbiased guidance — not a one-size-fits-all brochure. Founded in Pune in 2014, we recognized a massive gap in the Indian education system: millions of students, thousands of colleges, and a severe lack of honest, transparent admission counselling.

Whether you are seeking a merit seat, navigating complex counselling rounds, or exploring Management and NRI quotas for B.Tech, MBA or MBBS — we are here to simplify the journey. We work with students from Class 10 through post-graduation, bringing real-world insight to every session.

How free counselling works

A focused process, not a sales pitch

Every conversation starts with your actual profile. The shortlist comes after the questions, not before them.

  1. Share your profile. Your marks or rank, the programme you want, your budget and preferred cities.
  2. Understand your routes. We explain the relevant exams, counselling rounds, eligibility and which admission pathways are actually open to you.
  3. Build a realistic shortlist. Options grouped by fit, affordability and the strength of your profile — including the colleges we think are not a sensible fit, and why.
  4. Act with a checklist. Clear next steps for applications, documents and the official verification each authority requires.

No counselling fee is charged to students, and we never ask for token money. Admission always depends on eligibility, official counselling rules and seat availability — no one can promise you a seat.

Our Team

Counsellors, Not Salespeople

Our team consists of former academicians, admission officers, and industry professionals. We don't just "sell" college seats — we map out careers.

Areas we guide

Specialist support across major admission routes

Which counsellor you speak to depends on the programme, the entrance route and the state process — not on a script. These are the seven areas we cover, each with a named lead on the team above.

Quick Answer Yes. The initial consultation, profile assessment, college shortlisting, and counselling sessions are completely free for students and families. FindUrCollege earns from institutional partnerships with colleges — we receive a placement fee from colleges after a student successfully enrols through our facilitation.

How we verify

Our editorial & fact-checking process

Admissions decisions are high-stakes, so every guide, fee figure, cut-off and deadline on FindUrCollege is researched from primary sources, reviewed by a named subject expert, and dated.

  1. Official sources first

Eligibility, seat matrices, fees and counselling rules come from official bodies — NMC, AICTE, UGC, NIRF, MCC, and state counselling authorities (KEA, CET cells, DME) — plus each college’s own published prospectus and fee circulars. Never unverified aggregators.

  2. Reviewed by a named expert

Each guide is audited by the counsellor who specialises in that domain: MBBS and medical guides by (14 yrs, MCC/state counselling), overseas medical by Rohit Mishra, and allied health (BDS/BAMS/BPT) by Sushant Bora — with overall direction led by founder Krishna Pandey.

  3. Bylined and dated

Every guide shows a visible “Written by / Audited by” byline and a published-or-updated date, so you always know who stands behind the information and when it was last verified.

  4. Refreshed each cycle

Cut-offs, fees and deadlines are re-checked against the latest official notifications every admission season. Any figure we cannot confirm against an official source is clearly marked as indicative.

  5. Corrections welcome

Spotted something out of date? Email us — we verify and fix it promptly, then revise the page’s update date.

Frequently Asked Questions — About FindUrCollege

Yes. Our guidance is free for students and families. The initial consultation, profile assessment, college shortlisting and standard counselling sessions are free for students and families, and FindUrCollege earns a placement fee from partner colleges after a student successfully enrols through our facilitation. This means: (1) our core advice costs you nothing; (2) you only get recommendations for colleges that will genuinely accept your profile; (3) our incentive aligns with getting you the right admission, not any admission. There are no hidden charges and no agent fees.
FindUrCollege is a professional counselling firm, not an aggregator portal or an ad-hoc agent. Key differences: (1) We provide personalised, one-on-one counselling — not automated college lists; (2) Our team has professional qualifications in education counselling, psychology, and admissions; (3) We work with verified, AICTE/NMC/UGC-approved institutions only — we never recommend unrecognised colleges; (4) We are a registered firm with a physical office, auditable records, and a 12-year track record; (5) We handle the entire admission process — not just a referral. College aggregator websites list colleges based on advertising fees paid by colleges; we recommend colleges based on your profile fit.
Yes. FindUrCollege covers Engineering (B.Tech, lateral entry), Medical (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS), Nursing and Allied Health (B.Sc Nursing, BPT, B.Pharm, BMLT), Management (BBA, MBA, PGDM), Law (LLB integrated and 3-year), Design (B.Des, M.Des), Liberal Arts, and Study Abroad (undergraduate and postgraduate). If you are unsure whether your particular programme is covered, call us for an immediate assessment.
Absolutely. FindUrCollege has a dedicated NRI admissions cell that serves families in the Gulf (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Muscat, Bahrain), the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. We handle the full NRI quota admission process remotely — including NEET registration (where applicable), NRI certificate verification, college applications, offer letter review, fee remittance guidance, and documentation. We also have a physical office in Dubai (UAE) for families who prefer in-person consultations. Contact us via WhatsApp for NRI-specific guidance.
The best time to contact us is before entrance exam results — typically November to March for NEET/JEE preparation strategy advice, or March to April for college shortlisting. However, we provide effective guidance at any stage: immediately after results for rapid college options analysis, during counselling rounds for preference filling support, and even after a wrong college choice for lateral transfer or gap year strategy. There is no point that is "too late" to consult us — the earlier, the better, but we can add value at every stage.
Yes. FindUrCollege provides guidance on education loan options — including national bank schemes (SBI Scholar Loan, Bank of Baroda Baroda Education Loan), private bank products (HDFC Credila, Avanse), and NBFC education loan providers. We help students understand the documentation required, connect with loan facilitators who can expedite approvals, and navigate the Vidyalakshmi Portal for government-backed education loans. While we do not directly provide loans, our guidance significantly streamlines the loan application process.
You can reach FindUrCollege through: (1) WhatsApp us (preferred — fastest response); (2) Call us (7 days, 9 AM–10 PM IST); (3) Email: support@findurcollege.com; (4) Website contact form: findurcollege.com/contact; (5) In-person at our Pune office: V18, Balewadi High Street, Near Irani Café, Baner-Balewadi, Pune 411045, plus a dedicated MBBS/MD/MS medical office at Metro House, Office No. 208 & 209, Mangaldas Rd, Sangamvadi, Pune 411001; (6) Bangalore office: contact us for current address. We typically respond to WhatsApp messages within 2 hours during business hours and schedule free consultation calls within 24 hours.
Yes — and we are particularly proud of this. FindUrCollege's remote counselling capability means that students from Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Latur, Solapur, Hubli, Mysuru, Coimbatore, and hundreds of smaller cities have received the same quality of admissions guidance as students from Mumbai or Bangalore. Distance is not a barrier to quality counselling when the commitment is genuine. We have guided first-generation college students, students from agricultural families, and students who had never heard of management quota or NRI quota before speaking with us. Equal access to excellent admissions guidance is the reason FindUrCollege exists.
