1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using findurcollege.com (the “Site”) and our admission counselling services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services. These Terms apply to students, parents, and any visitor accessing the Site.

2. Nature of Services

FindUrCollege is an independent admission counselling platform. We provide guidance on college shortlisting, eligibility evaluation, application support, and management/NRI quota seat availability. We are not affiliated with any university, AICTE, UGC, MCC, KEA, or COMEDK body. All admissions are subject to the rules, eligibility requirements, and seat availability of the respective institutions.

3. Pay-After-Admission Model

Our counselling services follow a pay-after-admission model — counselling sessions, college shortlisting, and admission guidance are provided free of charge until your admission is confirmed at a participating college. Service fees, if any, are payable only after the admission letter is issued and accepted by you. The exact fee structure (if applicable) is communicated transparently before any service-fee invoice is raised.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

FindUrCollege does not guarantee admission to any specific college, programme, or quota. Admission outcomes depend on entrance exam scores (NEET, JEE, KCET, COMEDK, CAT, CLAT, etc.), eligibility criteria, seat availability at the time of counselling, and decisions made by the respective admission authorities. Any indicative cutoffs, fee figures, or placement statistics shown on the Site are based on publicly available data and historical reference only.

5. User Conduct

When using the Site and Services, you agree NOT to:

  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in our inquiry forms;
  • impersonate any other person or entity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our database, or our communication channels;
  • use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian laws;
  • copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish the Site content without prior written consent;
  • send unsolicited promotional messages to any contact obtained from the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, page layouts, schemas, and admission guides — is the property of FindUrCollege or its content partners, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to college websites, government counselling portals (mcc.nic.in, kea.kar.nic.in, comedk.org, etc.), exam authorities, and third-party tools (Google Analytics, Web3Forms for form submissions, WhatsApp Business). FindUrCollege is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party sites and services. Always verify fees, eligibility, and admission timelines on the official college and authority websites before making any payment.

8. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

FindUrCollege does not collect tuition or admission fees on behalf of any college. All college fees must be paid directly to the institution's authorised account. If a service fee is applicable to our counselling, it is invoiced post-admission as agreed in writing. Service-fee refunds are processed only when no admission is secured despite eligibility, subject to a written refund request within 30 days of the counselling cycle close.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep cutoffs, fee figures, placement data, and admission timelines accurate, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Always confirm with the college before relying on data shown on the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindUrCollege, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total cumulative liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee actually paid by you to FindUrCollege (if any) in the relevant counselling cycle.

11. Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Refund Policy & Service Guarantees

Service-fee refunds (when applicable to our counselling) are processed under the following conditions:

  • No admission secured: Full refund if FindUrCollege fails to facilitate a confirmed admission for an eligible candidate within the agreed counselling cycle.
  • Cancellation by student: If you cancel mid-process for personal reasons after we have started counselling, a partial refund may apply on a pro-rata basis.
  • Documentation issues from the candidate side: If admission cannot be secured because of incomplete or incorrect documents from the student/parent, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Fee already paid to the college: Tuition / hostel / mess / caution-deposit fees paid directly to a college are governed by that institution's refund policy, not by FindUrCollege.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the counselling cycle close. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

Updates to These Terms

FindUrCollege may revise these Terms of Use periodically as our services evolve or to reflect changes in Indian law (DPDP Act 2023, IT Rules 2021, Consumer Protection Act 2019, AICTE/UGC notifications). Material changes will be communicated through:

  • Updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
  • A notice on the homepage for 30 days following any material change
  • Direct communication (WhatsApp/email) to active counselling clients
