In short, PICT fees for 4 years BTech through Open/CAP are Rs 4.92 lakh before extras. Official 2023-24 PICT T&P data lists Rs 14.5 LPA Computer Engineering average and Rs 12.5 LPA overall average. The ILS route is costlier at Rs 2,00,000 per year, or Rs 8 lakh over four years before extras, but remains below many private-university CS programmes. Over four academic years this becomes Rs 4.92 lakh before hostel, exam fees, deposits and any future revision. For Institute Level, Management, NRI or Against NRI UG routes, the official amount shown on the current PICT fee table is Rs 2,00,000 per year. That makes the four-year tuition planning figure Rs 8 lakh before extras. For M.Tech, the official PG fee is Rs 1,10,000 per year, with the same one-time caution deposit amount shown separately.
