- B.Pharm: For B.Pharm, candidates must have passed 10+2 (PUC) with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology or Mathematics, securing at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST and reserved categories), and be at least 17 years of age.
- Pharm D: 10+2 with PCB/PCM, or a D.Pharm holder (lateral entry to 4th year).
