A one-time University Eligibility fee of ₹1,25,000 (Self-Financed Merit) or ₹2,25,000 (NRI) is payable within three months of the course starting.

The seat-surrender refund terms and the NRI forex / sponsor-account rule above carry over from the earlier MGM IHS notification AC-113/2025 and were not restated in AC-129/2026; confirm both in writing before you pay.
NMC 54-month rule: NMC Public Notice CDN-13011/1/2026 (7 April 2026) directs that MBBS tuition be charged only for the prescribed academic duration of 4½ years — the internship year carries no tuition. If a college bills you a fifth full year, that is the notice to quote — download the official NMC notice (PDF).
Who actually qualifies for an NRI seat: the NRI/OCI quota is not a payment category you can opt into. MCC’s eligibility notice sets out exactly whose relationship to an NRI counts and what documents prove it — read it before anyone offers you an “NRI seat” — download the official MCC NRI/OCI notice (PDF).
💰 Nerul — other fees and hostel (published by the college)
Beyond tuition, MGM Nerul publishes these one-time and recurring charges on its own website. They are paid to the college, not through MCC:

Two figures, two sources — ask which applies to you: the MGM IHS notification AC-129/2026 sets the one-time University Eligibility fee at ₹1,25,000 (₹2,25,000 on NRI seats), while the Nerul campus’s own fee list above shows ₹1,05,000. Both are official documents; we have not seen one supersede the other. Get the figure that applies to your admission year confirmed in writing by the Dean’s office before you pay.

🎯 How admission actually works at MGM Nerul
MGM IHS is a deemed-to-be-university, so the route is the same for every one of its five colleges — and it is only this route:
- Qualify NEET-UG 2026. There is no separate entrance test.
- Register for MCC Deemed counselling at mcc.nic.in. Deemed universities are not part of the Maharashtra state CAP/CET-Cell process.
- Fill choices using the correct institute code. For this campus it is 902807. Each MGM campus has a different code — check it twice.
- Report in person to the Dean during the allotted reporting window (10:00 am–4:00 pm, every day including weekends and holidays — physical reporting only) with original documents or DigiLocker copies and the first-year tuition. No proxy reporting is allowed; online reporting is not accepted.
