- B.Pharm: For B.Pharm, candidates must have passed 10+2 (PUC) with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with Biology or Mathematics, from a recognised board; the diploma route (D.Pharm) is also accepted for lateral entry where applicable.
- Pharm D: 10+2 with PCB/PCM, or a D.Pharm holder (lateral entry to 4th year).
