The government-share group itself contains several eligible categories; its 25 records are not all General Merit. Retained or previously reported entries remain part of the published result, so this is not a register of new joiners or the final admitted batch.
Start with your eligible category, then read its fee and closing AIR together. A.M. Shaikh’s GM row ends at 5,23,865, whereas OPN ends at 12,97,963 and OTH at 11,66,878.
