The 2026 first-round matrix expressly says that HM and NRI MBBS seats would be filled in Round 1. This differs from the 2024 notification discussed with the historical cutoff table below.
The first-round matrix records 150 seats for BOPEE and their quota distribution. The second- and third-round columns record the vacancies in those dated publications; do not add them to the intake or treat them as live availability. The matrices retain a court-directions caveat. The affidavit cites Government Order 659-HME of 2019 and expressly describes the payable fees as provisional, subject to the applicable government revision. These are 2024 document figures; they are not presented as a new 2026-27 fee order.
The same document requires the first-year payment plus a bank guarantee or four FDRs for the four remaining tuition years. It states that a student leaving the course is liable for the remaining tuition. Read the applicable session’s signed terms before accepting a place: an annual tuition figure does not describe the whole admission commitment.
The college’s 2025 admission checklist again lists the guarantee/FDR requirement. No course-total projection is made from these historical amounts.
Course duration and fee period: NMC’s 7 April 2026 notice describes MBBS as 4½ years of academic study followed by one year of compulsory rotating internship, and directs colleges to charge MBBS fees only for the 4½-year academic period. Keep that distinction when reading the older affidavit’s security terms; the historical tuition figures above are not a current full-course fee calculation.

The source’s rank column is headed UT RANK. Its category-allotted column determines the grouping above; a candidate’s personal category is not necessarily the category of the allotted seat. The two groups total 65 MBBS selection records.
This is a provisional first-round list for 2024. It is neither the final cutoff for that whole year nor a NEET All-India Rank table. The notification says Hindu Minority and NRI seats would be filled in the second round of that cycle. The OM and P&B rows above must not be relabelled as management, Hindu Minority or NRI cutoffs.
ASCOMS admission process and eligibility

ASCOMS vs government and deemed MBBS options
In one line: Compare admission routes and year-labelled costs before comparing a cutoff.
ASCOMS is private and uses JKBOPEE. A government option in Jammu is a different institution and fee category; a deemed-university option may use MCC counselling. A UT rank from JKBOPEE cannot be compared directly with an MCC All-India Rank.
For example, ASCOMS OM UT rank 452 in the 2024 list describes a position within the J&K merit list. It cannot establish whether an applicant would receive a deemed-university seat elsewhere. Compare like-for-like rank systems, categories, years and fee inclusions.

Is NEET-UG compulsory for ASCOMS admission?
Yes. Apply through the official JKBOPEE process using your qualifying NEET-UG result. A management, Hindu-Minority or NRI category does not create a separate entrance examination.
