The current report lists “No Upward Revision” and a meeting date of 29 July 2025. The amount is one year’s fee; it is not a guaranteed full-course bill. The two components add exactly to ₹8,50,000.
Management and NRI: ceiling versus published charge
FRA Notice 1058/2025 sets undergraduate health-science upper limits of three times regular fees for institutional/management and against-NRI seats, and five times for NRI seats. These are regulatory ceilings, not an instruction to assume every seat is charged at the maximum.

The college dashboard labels the linked document 2026-27, but the PDF itself says 2025-26 and carries a note that 2026-27 approval was pending when it was issued. The historical quota figures above retain the PDF’s own year. The current FRA portal independently confirms the regular ₹8.50 lakh fee for 2026-27.
For payment, match the college’s displayed year-specific structure to your allotted category. Section 14(5) of the Maharashtra fee law, as substituted by the 2026 amendment, requires the approved course-wise and head-wise fees to be displayed. Obtain an official receipt.

ACPM’s current MBBS programme page lists 150 seats. NMC’s seat matrix dated 29 October 2025 lists 100 seats for AY 2025-26. These source statements must keep their original scope; the earlier number is not automatically the intake for a later admission cycle.
Choose seats using the sanctioned matrix and category rules published for your actual counselling round. Do not derive an 85/15 or other category allocation by applying a percentage to a college webpage’s total. The college’s fee-report identifier MBBS0005 also must not be substituted for a counselling preference code.

The source labels F as first, L as last, A as All-India Rank and M as marks obtained. This is the published academic-year first/last summary, not a round-specific cutoff table. Keep the category and year attached to both figures.
NEET marks, All-India Rank and a Maharashtra merit position are different measures. An ACPM cutoff comparison should identify the admission year, allotted category and rank system; use a round-specific selection list when comparing a particular counselling round. A previous admission does not guarantee a seat in a later cycle.

Prepare the allotment letter, online application and preference forms, NEET admit card and scorecard, nationality/domicile and Class 10/12 certificates. ACPM vs government and deemed MBBS options
In one line: Compare the official admission route, quota and full published costs, not an assumed price ladder.
ACPM is a private MUHS-affiliated option with a regular fee listed by Maharashtra’s FRA. Government colleges and deemed universities are separate institutional categories. Deemed universities are excluded from the Maharashtra private professional institution fee law, so ACPM’s FRA figure cannot be applied to them.
