ACS uses the domicile-free MCC deemed route. MCC’s 2026 bulletin states that deemed-university seats do not carry OBC, SC, ST, EWS or PwD reservation. The NEET qualifying standard for your category is a separate eligibility matter. Counselling through AIQ and deemed routes is administered by MCC, but ACS is a deemed-university choice; do not apply a government college’s 15% AIQ/85% state-seat split to it.
