Payment, retention and subsequent allotment
The booklet prescribes demand drafts and the exact payee details. Read its payment section before obtaining a draft, including the stated bank-holiday cheque exception and requirement to replace it on the next working day. Its later-round reallotment clause says the submitted DD is returned when a candidate is allotted another institution, with ₹1,500 admission fees payable to the accounts department. This clause does not establish unrestricted cancellation or a service-bond buyout.
