- NAAC accreditation: The certificate dated 10 April 2024 records Grade A, CGPA 3.22, in the second cycle, valid until 9 April 2029. NAAC certificate.
- NBA: The letter dated 6 January 2026 accredits Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2028. - Boys & Girls Hostel: D Y Patil Residency tariff — ₹2.00 Lakh (three-seater, per bed) to ₹2.60 Lakh (single) per academic year, meals included; AC extra. That is the 2025-26 card.
- Mess: included in the Residency tariff (no separate mess fee).
First-year fee scope
The signed 2026-27 first-year engineering fee sheet gives the category-wise amounts above. It does not establish a four-year payable total. Scholarship or freeship concessions require an online application and approval; students who do not qualify pay the Open fee.
Historical institute-level fee, 2025-26: DYPCOE’s signed first-year circular lists Management Seat Fees of Rs 4,05,000, NRI Seat Fees of Rs 6,75,000 and Against NRI Seat Fees of Rs 4,05,000. DYPCOE’s brochure places the college in the Akurdi educational complex. The separately year-labelled D Y Patil Residency tariff below describes accommodation; inspect the property and obtain the applicable written tariff before booking.
D Y Patil Residency, on the Akurdi complex: single rooms and three-seater rooms. Its 2025-26 card charges ₹2.00 L a year for a bed in a three-seater and ₹2.60 L for a single room, meals included; AC rooms cost extra, and you can pay in instalments.
The same D Y Patil Residency takes girls, on the same 2025-26 card: ₹2.00 L–₹2.60 L a year, meals included. Visit before booking and ask about the warden, entry rules and CCTV.
Meals are part of the Residency tariff: breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner Monday to Saturday, and breakfast, lunch and tea on Sunday (2025-26 card).

DYPCOE Akurdi cutoff 2026: CAP Rounds I, II, III and IV
Computer Engineering eased from merit number 8066 (98.1281926 percentile) to 8643 (97.9961504) between Round I and IV. Other branches did not move in the same direction: Mechanical’s Round III close was 5064 (98.8270624), before Round IV closed at 13608 (96.8070391). The full eight-branch record avoids assuming that each later round must become easier.
Seat scope: GOPENS, Stage I, State Level. G means General seats (not the ladies-only L category), OPEN is the Open category and S means State Level. Every round has separate columns for the Maharashtra State General Merit Number and the merit percentile. What this means for you: do not count on the cut-off falling after Round I, and an institute-level seat follows its own merit process. Below 90? In the Open category CAP 2026 did not reach you here (lowest Open close 94.42); in a reserved category it can — Civil closed at 87.60 for SC and 86.86 for EWS, Instrumentation at 87.47 for SC. Worked example: a 97.5 Open missed Computer, IT and AI & DS in 2026 but beat E&TC’s 97.23.
